Working with all of you in Greece and Cyprus, who choose to do your shopping remotely, and aiming to maintain during transport the high product quality guaranteed by Niceflags products, we pay special attention to the safe packaging of your products and maintain cooperation with transport professionals who pay special attention to the way of transport.

Nevertheless, if a defective product ends up in your hands, we consider it our obligation to accept a return or replacement if it meets the conditions for a defective product.

1.1 Terms and conditions for the exercise of the right of assignment
The right of withdrawal can be exercised within fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the product to be considered timely and does not require any additional justification from you. In the event of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, the condition for the return is that the product must be in its original condition, the packaging must be intact and all accessories, any gifts, accompanying products and materials must be included. In the event that the product has lost its value due to mishandling, which goes beyond the mere consideration of the functionality and characteristics of the product, you will have to compensate for the reduction in value with monetary compensation. In this case, this financial compensation will be deducted from the amount to be returned to you. In any such case, you will be informed before the credit and refund process is completed.
In cases where the product ordered by the customer, does not meet his requirements and the fact is due solely to the customer's misjudgement, then the cost of transporting the returned product and sending the new one is borne by the customer and is 3.5 € without any additional cost .
Before any return must be preceded by consultation with the Niceflags Online Shop.
If the product is not returned within 14 calendar days, Niceflags may not accept the return.

1.2 To avoid unnecessary orders and returns, for any questions, we suggest you contact us before ordering. Upon receipt of your products check for any defects that may be present so that we can replace them.

1.3 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal: The Right of Withdrawal does not apply to cases that are excluded by the applicable legislation and jurisprudence, such as products that have been manufactured for you to your specifications, services that have already been performed, products that are not suitable for return for health reasons if they have been unsealed.
In case of repeated returns or in case Niceflags, in its sole discretion, considers that the customer abuses the right of withdrawal and acts in bad faith reserves the right to refuse the return of the product.

1.4 Order cancellation policy
The customer can cancel the order for any reason within five (5) working days and if the products have not been shipped. This can be done by telephone contact or email of the customer

1.5 Times - Refund Conditions
Money is usually refunded immediately. In some cases and depending on the bank the time can be increased up to 14 days.
The money is refunded if and when the above conditions are met.

2.1 Return by courier
Pack the product in a larger box so that it is protected during shipment.
You place a document inside the package that you have made, stating whether you want to receive the same product or another of equal value. All this, of course, after the product has been deemed suitable for return.
You send the parcel via the courier agency from which you received your order. Please note that the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2.2 We would like to point out that in case the product does not meet the aforementioned conditions as a "defective product", it will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.

Within Corfu - Outside Corfu
If the order is placed by 15:00 and the products are available, they are shipped within 1-3 working days, by ELTA courier or General Postal Service.
You can also pick up your orders from our physical store, without any shipping charges. In this case, you must first make sure that your order is ready to be delivered, after consulting with the pick-up shop.

Cyprus (European Union)
Shipments to Cyprus (retail, invoice issue) and shipping costs are subject to consultation with our company.
